Your mind plays an important role in achieving every success and goal, minor, everyday goals, or major goals. With minor, day-to-day goals, you know what you want to achieve, but when it comes to major goals, it is different. You might have a vague idea, but this is not enough. To accomplish anything, and to use your mind power successfully, you have to know exactly what it is you want to do. In order to focus your mind on a goal, you need a clear and well defined goal. How do you go about that?

STEP 1. DISCOVERY WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH:
You have to think and find out what is it that you really want to accomplish, execute or gain. This might not be a simple step, and requires deep thinking, investigation and time.
After discovering what you really want to accomplish, you need to come up with a plan for action. Make it written and realistic. You need to know what you have to do first, and how to proceed. All of this requires planning, which means using the power of your mind.
After deciding on a goal and coming up with a plan, you need to hold in your mind a clear mental image of your goal. You need to see it accomplished. This step requires that you use your imagination, which is another power of the mind.

STEP 2. DEVELOP A CLEAR AND STRONG VISUALIZATION:
Not everyone can visualize clear mental images, but regular training of the imagination can do wonders. You may, for example, look at photos of what you want to become and achieve, and then close your eyes, and try to see it in your imagination. This will enhance your visualization ability. Develop a very clear one, your success depends on the level and power of your visualization. If you want to go far, increase the momentum of your thought. Therefore, at this point, you have to fully display patience, self-discipline and persistence. These are essential.

STEP 3. DEVELOP A POSITIVE AFFIRMATION:
Affirmations are another powerful and useful mental tool for achieving success. Don't forget all your actions started at first in your mind. What you affirm sinks into the subconscious mind, becomes part of the subconscious mind, and consequently, affects your behavior and actions. Your negative affirmations are deadly. If your affirmations are positive, they lead you to success.
In addition to this, from my experiences as a life coach, you need to be able to transmit your thoughts to other people, who would aid you with your plans. Often, you have to persuade others to invest in your plans or to aid you in other ways. You need to be enthusiastic, persuasive, and believe what you are saying.

STEP 4. BUILD SELF MOTIVATION AND INSPIRATION:
From above, to be able to do so, you need some serious degree of concentration, the ability to visualize, tact and patience, all being mental skills.
Motivation is another useful mental and strong emotional power that you require for achieving success. You need drive and synegy to enhance continuity in life success. How can you achieve anything if you are not motivated enough? To increase your motivation and enthusiasm, think often of your goal, about its advantages, impacts and benefits, and how it will change your life and others. Doing so, it will strengthen your motivation and iinspiration to go higher and greater. Self motivation keeps you going, it releases to you the needed fuel for the attainment of your success.

STEP 5.DEVELOP A POSITIVE THINKING:
Not every thought turns into reality. A thought has to be repeated often, and to be saturated with desire, in order to come true. A positive thinking opens your heart to the necessary need in attaining success. It's something you must develop daily, the power that releases outstanding result is a function of your positive thought.
Your thoughts, which are part of your mind, possess power. The thoughts that you most often think tend to come true. That's if you pour your mental energy into the same thoughts or mental images day after day, they will become stronger and stronger, and would consequently, affect your attitude, expectations, behavior and actions. Your thoughts and mental images can even be subconsciously perceived by other people, who would then offer you help or opportunities. Your thought can attract into your life corresponding events, situations and opportunities. Have this, doubts, fears, and worries, tend to destroy what you build with the power of your mind.

HOW TO DISCOVER AND MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL

YOUR POTENTIAL IS PURPOSEFUL
Human potential without Godly purpose produces self-destruction. The purpose of your potential is for your Creator's purpose. You're existing by His purpose and for His purpose. You didn't create yourself; He created you purposefully for His pleasure and purpose. This deduces that, your potential is purposeful.
Moreover, the Bible tells us a story about people who decided to build a city with a tower that reached to the heavens. They wanted to “ make a name” for themselves. When God saw how committed the builders were to their task He said, “…nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.” So He came down and confused their languages so they couldn’t work together. That stopped their building. Do you think God was against the tower? No. God was against the goal of the tower. They did not have a relationship with God. They were ungodly men and women who intended to build a tower to heaven so their name could be great. They weren’t interested in making God’s name great; they wanted to make a name for themselves. Your potential is not for your personal purpose primarily, but to manifest the essence of your creation; of your why on earth.
So, when God saw how committed they were to their task, He knew He had to stop them. Otherwise, they would be able to do anything they wanted to. God made this declaration to men who had no relationship with Him. Yet He saw in them the potential to do much. He knew the potential, ability and untapped power He had placed within all men.

HOW TO DISCOVER AND MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL
POINT ONE: UNDERSTAND AND KNOW YOUR SOURCE.
Without your source, you can't survive. You understanding and knowing your source is the beginning of maximizing your potential. All creatures are attached to their source respectively, until you align yourself to your origin, you can't maximize what your source has deposited in you.

POINT TWO: BE CONNECTED TO YOUR SOURCE.
Your source is always available, if you're not connected to your source, you'll surely die of maximizing your potential and fulfilling purpose. There must be a strong connection between you and your source in order for you to discover the resources needed for survival. Connection brings direction.

POINT THREE: BELIEVE YOUR POTENTIAL.
Some have discovered their potential, but they find it difficult to maximize it. Why? Just because they don't believe their potential. You not believing in your potential is just as simple as that you're not believing in your source. You can't go farer, until you drop the unbelief and replace it with the thirst for maximizing your potential. Stop using the word " I can't" anymore, through the potential in you, you can! Start believing in yourself, start believing your potential now.

POINT FOUR: DISCOVER THE PURPOSE OF YOUR POTENTIAL.
With the word "purpose"here, it's getting deeper. There is purpose for everything in life. You being endowed with powerful potential is for an underlying purpose. It's not enough discovery your potential, but also for what purpose. If the purpose of your potential is not known, its abuse is inevitable. Your potential is purposely given to you to carry out an assignment effectively.

POINT FIVE: BE THIRSTY AND HUNGRY FOR MAXIMIZATION.
Don't just sit down and be happy of your potential, your potential must develop in you thirst and hunger for maximization. Successful folks are always thirsty for the maximization of their potential in order to fulfil their why on earth. Your potential is not for you primarily, it's for others, it's for the cosmos. Don't be satisfied with your accomplishments and successes, there are great wonderful potential in you that are yet to be manifested. Rise up each day with the thirst to maximize fully your potential.

CONCLUSION
You can't fathom how gigantic it will be, it is an untapped ability, a reserved power and resource. Until it's maximized, no body can give a description of its manifestation. Any man that doesn't discover his potential, can't really live. He can't survive. Your resources for survival is your potential. Now, it's already in you, you're the carrier of the potential that the world needs for living. You must not go out of this world without maximizing it. Cemetery is not the right place for your potential, where you're now is the right place.
The secret to a happy, productive life is remaining attached to your Source. If you abide in your source, you'll maximize fully your potential. You don’t have to hustle. You don’t have to plead. God is always waiting to help you live a full, fruitful, complete life. For as He is always potent, so you are. Your source is limitless, likewise you. Man has received this quality of full potential, it's now on your side with this understanding to rise up to maximize your reserved power and ability, your untapped potential, open the cap on your capped resources. You have the full responsibility for your potential maximization.
Cemetery is not the best place for its placement, for the world won't forgive you if you pass away with your potential unrealized. From my observation as a life coach I deduced that, the happiness and fulfilment of life come from the maximization of man's purpose and potential. Your undiluted joy comes from the realization of your potential of which the world benefits. As you have received the understanding now, rise up for the maximization of your potential. Don't be a waste to your generation.

POTENTIAL DEFINED

WHAT IS POTENTIAL?
Before i continue, have this; everything on planet earth has Potential. In fact, man carries an extraordinary potential. The potential you're endowed with is superficial. It is a pity that few draw to their full extent, but all human beings are sent to the planet earth with limitless credit; full potential. Your potential was not given for you to deposit in the grave, you must maximize your potential to the fullest in your short lifetime.

Potential is defined as an unexposed ability and latent power. It is dormant ability, a reserved power, an untapped strength, an unused success, or hidden talent, and a capped capability. It's all about you can be but have not yet become. All you can do but have not yet done. How far you can reach but have not yet reached. What you can accomplish but have not yet accomplished. The greatest tragedy in life is not death, but a life that never realized its full potential. You must decide today not to rob the world of the rich, valuable, potent, untapped resources locked away within you. Potential never has a retirement plan.

Potential is therefore not what you have done, but what you are yet able to do. In other words, what you have done is no longer your potential. What you have successfully accomplished is no longer potential. It is said that unless you do something beyond what you have done, you will never grow or experience your full potential. Potential demands that you never settle for what you have accomplished.


NOTHING IS INSTANT
Nothing in life is instant. People think miracles are instant, but they really are not. They are just a process that has been sped up. Nothing God created is instant, including you. Because God does not operate in the instant. He is a God of the potential principle. Everything begins as potential. He did not create a ready-made human race, the earth was not given an instant population. One of the greatest enemies of your potential is success. God wants you to maximize the potential He has given to you. You are not yet what you are supposed to be, though you may be pleased with what you now are. Don’t accept your present state in life as final, because it is just that, a state. Don’t be satisfied with your last accomplishment, because there are many accomplishments yet to be perfected. Since you are full of potential, you should not be the same person next year that you are this year. God is full of potential, likewise man.
The potential of a thing is related to its source.
Creation abounds with potential because the Creator Himself is the potential principle.
When we describe God, we often say He is omnipotent. Omnipotent means that God is always potent. The word omni means “always,” and potent means “full of power,” omnipotent means that God is potentially everything. He has within Him the potential for all that is, was, or ever will be. Therefore, if Our source is always potent and full of potential, and after he formed man, he breathed into man His omnipotent quality, telling us that man is full of potential. There is no number of years that man can use on earth to exhaust his potential. Why? Just because our source is always potent. You must acknowledge this in order to maximize your potential to the fullest. Man replicates this dimension and powerful quality of God, which is limitless.

LIFE IS MAINTAINED BY ITS SOURCE
Wherever something comes from, it has to remain attached to where it came from in order to fulfill itself. All created things must be maintained by their source. Thus plants need soil to live. They can’t live without the dirt. If a plant decides, “I’m tired of the soil,” it also decides “I’m ready to die.” Animals also need the dirt. Because they must live on what they came from, they have to eat plants and one another (dirt) to stay alive. If an animal decides, “I’m not going to eat any more dirt or anything that is made from the dirt,” he has decided to die. Therefore, if you decide you don’t need God, you have also decided never to become all you are capable of being. The potential of everything is related to source; everything must be attached to its source if it is going to fulfill its potential. If you decide you don’t need God, you also have decided never to become all you are capable of being.

UNDERSTANDING AND MAXIMIZING YOUR POTENTIAL

INTRODUCTION
Understanding is very germane for any execution, maximization, and manifestation in life. A life without understanding, is a life without "life." What gives light and meaning to someone's life is understanding. Until you remain standing under specific knowledge, you can't stand to go far in life. So, quickly as I will be going into this subject, the core thing needed is your eyes of understanding being enlightened. Because I as an inspirational speaker, I can't dodge this truth; man is a spirit, while potential is spiritual.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR SOURCE
 Now, something significant happened when God wanted plants and vegetation, He spoke to the soil. When He wanted stars, He spoke to the gasses. When He wanted fish, He spoke to the water. And when He wanted animals, He spoke to the earth. But when God wanted man, He spoke to Himself. Wow...this interesting. That means God spoke to God when it got to the creation of human.
Whereas, Our Creator is a Spirit, definitely man is a spirit, because he came out of the source of all spirits. Correct this, man does not have a spirit, he is spirit, because of the Source from which he came. You understanding your source is the first foundation for this subject. Therefore, you're neither an instant nor a coincident. But if we are to fully appreciate the nature of our potential, we must understand the process principle of creation.
God created everything with potential, including you. He placed the seed of each thing within itself, and planted within each person or thing He created the ability to be much more than it is at any one moment. Thus, everything in life has potential.

EVERYTHING COMES FROM GOD
Everything that was, and everything that is, was in God . That’s a very important concept you must understand. Before God made anything, before He created things, there was only God. So before anything was, God is. God is the root, or source, of all life
Before there was a beginning, there was God. Everything that is was in God.



THE PRINCIPLE OF CREATION
Firstly, God created everything by talking to the source of such creature. This is the principle of creation and any creature that is not attached to its source can not survive. Ask why? The resources for survival for any creature is found in its source; where it came out. Follow me as I'll give you this picture of God's system of creation.
Let's start from here, plants came from the earth and that's why they must remain attached to the earth in order to live and be fruitful. Any plant that is not rooted in the earth, which happens to be its source, will wither.
Secondly, the stars came from the gasses in space and they must therefore remain in space in order to remain effective. I have not seen that brilliant scientist that can give an alternative to this. It is what I call the principle of creation.
Thirdly, we are very much familiar with the fish, the fish came from the water and must remain submerged in water in order to survive. That's why if you pick out a fish from water, which happens to be its source, it dies.
Number four picture is that of the animal, animals are products of the soil, no one can deny this, and they must remain feed on soil products in order to live. No survival for them outside their source. Also, this holds true for man.
Man came out of God and must remain related to God (his source) in order to live. Therefore, we got the system here that, you're a spirit, that has a source and must stay attached to your source in order to survive.
